 Hit the Gym with the Exercise of the Week

Push Up Position Diagonal Arm Move

                       A                                               B                                        C

A)  Start out in Kneeling Pushup position with knees about shoulder width apart
B) Without moving torso, lift right arm up and slightly to the right (about 75 degree angle)
and hold for 1-2 seconds.
C) Repeat with left arm

Work your way up to 5 on each side, then add time to the hold.  When you can do this for more time, progress to below.
